Project Overview
Cerminaro Construction completed a full second-floor interior build-out for Maternal and Family Health Services within a previously unused warehouse space. The project transformed the raw, vacant interior into a modern medical facility while preserving the historic character of the building. The architectural design intentionally left the existing ceiling structure and mechanical systems exposed in public lobbies and waiting areas, maintaining the industrial aesthetic of the original building. This approach was balanced with medical-grade finishes throughout the facility to meet the functional and regulatory requirements of a healthcare environment.
