Project Overview
Cerminaro Construction completed a full interior and exterior renovation of the existing, outdated branch, including a complete reconfiguration of the interior layout. The scope required close coordination, precise scheduling, and careful cost control to meet PSBT's operational and financial goals. A key architectural feature of the renovation is the new lobby skylight structure—an oversized, dated dome skylight was removed and replaced with a custom glass gable-style skylight that extends above the roofline, bringing controlled natural light into the lobby while significantly improving the building's exterior profile.
